This product is suitable for the high content of white carbon black rubber. In semi steel and all steel radial tire production process, The high content of white carbon black dispersing difficulties easy to cause the uneven dispersion of white carbon black, effect the vulcanization, cause pattern collapse block, wear resistance decreased and tire crown and sidewall defect. The application of this product will be a good solution to the above problems.

2,Improve the rubber vulcanization activity

Improve the rubber vulcanization activity, eliminate the effect of white carbon black on vulcanization. The hardness and modulus of products will be unaffected after vulcanization. Silane reaction does not affect the performance, can be used with any silane.

3,Improve the processing performance

Improve the processing performance of white carbon black rubber, reduce the viscosity of rubber, increase the extrusion rate.

4, Used for tire and rubber molding products, Light colored rubber , chromatic balata, transparent rubber products.

5, Reduce the rolling resistance and noise, improve the anti lubrication property
