Use: TBBS(NS) is a Vulcanized accclerator with delayed action for crude rubber, polybutadiene, iso butyl rubber, SBR, and reconverted rubber. Especially suitable for carbon black containing high alkalinity, safe at operating temperature, it has excellent anti coking performance, good elongation strength, curing time is short, can increase the proportion of the use of synthetic rubber. Low toxicity and high efficiency, an ideal substitute for NOBS, has excellent combination property, known as standard accelerator.
Can be used together with aldehyde amine, guanidines, thiurams. Constitute a good curing system when be used with antiscorcher.
Mainly used in tyres, rubber hose, rubber overshoes, adhesive tape, cables etc..
Packing: 25 kg net weight in braided bag lined with plastic bag.
Storage: Set ventilation and dry place, Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight.
